Longer Life is a new Health and Fitness company created by Neil Hamilton. For the last 8 years Neil has been a top personal trainer and has helped hundreds of people get into great shape and reach their fitness goals with his positive training programmes and friendly attitude. Neil and all the Longer Life employees are qualified professionals who will give you the best support, knowledge and advice for a healthier life.

In addition to Personal Training Services Longer Life is offering to educate people about their own health by doing a Personal Health Screening. This can detect early signs of any heart disease, diabetes and other health issues. Your health screen lasts around 25 minutes and consists of a Cholesterol test, Blood pressure, Body Fat Analysis and Fitness Assessment which will tell you your healthy ranges of body fat, lean muscle, hydration levels, weight, etc.

All your results will be shown on a activity management graph, and a cardiac risk report (Data established from a 35 year Framingham study of Massachusetts, USA.) After your screening is completed you receive a print out of each test which will give a clearindication of what lifestyle changes need to be made.

Longer Life will also give you nutrition and fitness advice. Your Longer Life Personal Health Screening is a simple, affordable way to help get you into great shape and to give you peace of mind, whether it be high cholesterol or just simply making you more aware of how to change you ways to have a happier, healthy life.
